New Jersey Camp for Blind Children - "Camp Marcella"

Camp Marcella is a New Jersey summer camp for the visually impaired in Rockaway Township. At the camp children are surrounded by people thier own ages with challenges similar to their own. For 60 years, Camp Marcella has been turning out happy campers from across the state with its free program for clients of the state Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired. The camp provides children who are blind and visually impaired with a camping experience with an opportunity to interact with other blind children and become more self-sufficient.
